Shipping policy

We deliver worldwide. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Shipping cost depends on your location, it will be calculated automatically at the checkout.

Returns & exchanges policy

All shipping fees, original, returns or exchanges that are not agreed by the company after testing are at customer cost. Please note that no one has yet returned any of our products, 100% of our customers are satisfied and recommend our fans.

Requirements for our return and exchange policy: 

- Returns will only be accepted on the sole condition that the items present a defect or malfunction that cannot be resolved by the seller at the place of delivery within a reasonable period not exceeding 10 days.
-  Fans must be in a mint condition on their return (scuffs, scratches and marks        will be refused by the company ). 
-  Boxes also have to be in a perfect condition. 
-  All the parts must be present in the box (propellers, fan, remote,...). 

To proceed to a return or exchange, please follow these steps
    1. Send us a mail with your order details and the reason why you want to return or exchange it. 
    2. Include photos of the fan’s defects if there is a concern regarding dysfunction.
    3. We will come back to you within 24 hours. 


      We provide a 5 year warranty on the motor of your fan. If any part of your fan motor fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the 5 years following your purchase we will provide a replacement free of charge. 

      During the warranty period, Whoo Whoo Whoo will: 

      1. Repair or replace the affected components of any defective product.
      2. Refund the price you paid for the product upon return of the product in perfect condition as well as the shipping costs.
